This fall I have been working on a variety of projects, from the Read Option column to film reviews for The Daily Northwestern. Today, I wanted to share the most recent episode of Coast 2 Coast, a weekly sports commentary show that I host with John Volk for 8 in the Box Productions. 8ITB is a multi-platform sports content brand with regular sports content from myself and seven of my friends, with multiple posts a week on YouTube and Instagram.
Coast 2 Coast has been an awesome opportunity to extend past my usual written word-tendencies and go into the multimedia/video space. The show functions as a collection of four commentaries on meaningful sports events from across the country. I’ve also loved working with friends who are as passionate about sports media as I am and seeing the awesome work they come up with.
